The Constrictor has the ability to constrict others, literally squeezing the life out of people. According to NBC.com's character reference, like a boa constrictor or anaconda, his arms are extra powerful, allowing him to kill very quickly, or slowly, at his preference; his hands also have a strange numbing effect on whomever he touches. Constrictors are known for their curious lack of hair and pale, translucent skin.
